Important Note:
Cut-Off Time for Same-Day Delivery
For orders received before 12:00 PM (Monday–Friday, Malaysian time, GMT+8), delivery will be made on the same day.
Delivery Terms for Hampers & Outstation Orders
For hamper orders during the festive season, a minimum of 3 days is required. For outstation delivery, please refer to our outstation shipping information.
Delivery Schedule After 12 PM
For orders received after 12:00 PM (Monday–Friday, Malaysian time, GMT+8), delivery will depend on our operational availability. We will try to arrange same-day delivery; however, if operations are busy, delivery will be made the next day (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
Saturday & Sunday Orders
As our operating hours on Saturday are from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM and we are closed on Sunday, orders received after 12:00 PM on Saturday or at any time on Sunday will be delivered on the following Monday (excluding Public Holidays).
